Maurissa Moore is a master's student in the Applied Positive and Coaching Psychology course. She is interested in adolescent development and the student experience in higher education. She is currently researching how undergraduate student-lecturer academic relationships influence students' learning experiences. Maurissa is part of the Developmental Opportunities in Transitions for Students (DOTs) project.

 

She hopes her research will help guide the development of resources for undergraduate lecturers that may help them build and leverage positive relationships with their students, which may not only improve their students' academic experiences but may also improve their own teaching, wellbeing, and success.
